It seems like Victoria Gotti is back in the money. Last week she reportedly agreed to pay the US Government $2.6 million dollars to buy out forfeiture claims involving properties in Queens. These properties were formerly owned by her ex Carmine ‘the thug’ Agnello.

Sources close to Gotti advise that she is in the midst of clearing out her ‘foreclosure issue’ on her 6,000 sqft home.

Screech from Saved by the Bell is about to enter his name on the celebrity foreclosure list if he doesn’t start making some money. Screech, who’s real name is Dustin Diamond…in case you really wanted to know, is over $250k behind on his Wisconsin home.

Dustin Diamond has been in foreclosure trouble before back in 2006 but was able to avoid the loss by selling t-shorts with “save my House” written on them. I doubt the t-shirts will save him this time.

I knew this story would continue. Octoslob Nadya Suleman has been pulled from the grips of foreclosure by her Octotenticles. The AP is reporting that she has made a deal to keep paying her mortgage (wasn’t that the original deal?), in order to remain in her house. Geez.

In other news, Octo will be making 5k a month from Peta for keeping spay or neuter signs on her lawn. Hmm, someone should spay her.

This year has undoubtedly been a disastrous year for everyone. When the small guy loses a job, you absolutely feel bad. When a celebrity loses one of their five homes or is wanted by the IRS, you can’t help but smile. How can you feel bad? They spent tons and tons and tons on a ridiculous first-class lifestyle and they got screwed just like everyone else. So without further adieu, here are the top ten celebrities in 2009 that are wanted by old Uncle Sam.

1.    Joe Francis

-This guy is a sleezy crook and everyone knows it. Francis owes the IRS over $33 million for three years of non-payment. Guess the videos are running out. We know this guy may not be in foreclosure but $33 million…..seriously? Come on… This guy will be in foreclosure as soon as you know it. Since he is hated by every father in the world, he makes number #1.

2.    Nicolas Cage
-    Moving to the opposite end of the spectrum, Cage is a pretty cool guy. Unfortunately, he or his business manager missed a couple calculations when buying castles and now he has seen two homes go up for auction.

3.    Dr. Conrad Murray

-    Not only is this guy being accused of killing the King of Pop but everyone is after his wallet. He owes over $100k for the Las Vegas home he ran away to after the whole Jackson thing and also is wanted for not paying back $58,000 in student loans. Propofol anyone?

4.    Octomom

5.    Michael Vick

-    The dog-lover’s home has been foreclosed and gone back and forth to auction. The house is worth $3.2 million.  This house might be haunted like the movie Pet Cemetery.

6.    La Toya Jackson
-    The Jackson family has always been in the news with financial troubles. La Toya Jackson refinanced her luxurious condo over and over again and now owes over $745k for a place she once paid $260k for.

7.    Bernard Madoff

-    Now it’s just weird to call this loser a celebrity but that’s what the media made him into. We only wrote about him since some of the properties he had were just u-n-b-e-l-e-i-v-a-b-l-e.

8.    Victoria Gotti
-    The home featured in that Growing up Gottii show was facing foreclosure after the Gotti princess, Victoria Gotti, owed over $650,000 in payments.

9.    Doug E. Fresh
-    The old school rapper had a couple foreclosures on some homes in Harlem, NY. Still wondering how those homes cost over $3.5 million. It’s Harlem, not Beverly Hills.

10.    Al Capone
-    How? Yea, we know the gangster is long gone but he still can’t avoid foreclosure even while he’s gone. The Wisconsin home he once used as a hideout is now being foreclosed since the now tourist attraction isn’t attracting any tourist.

When it’s news from the Jackson family these days, it’s usually not good.

Michael Jackson’s older sister, La Toya, is about to lose her luxurious condo in Las Vegas, Nevada. The property is located in the Regency Towers of Las Vegas International Country Club. She reportedly owes $745,670.27 on a home she paid $260,000 for back in 1996, according to TMZ.

Yep, she tripled her money on the refinance and is now heading for the hills — she apparently had all her personal effects packed up and shipped elsewhere last month.

No wonder we’re in the midst of an epic financial crisis.

Anyway, La Toya has to come up with the cash by the end of the month or she’s going to lose this Las Vegas hot spot. Don’t hold your breath.

The Clark County Recorder’s office has a scheduled auction date for the condo on September 30.  We may see more of this after Michael Jackson has died since the money has officially run out. He was a big part of why the family had so much money in the first place.

Debbie Gibson and her sweet surgically-maintained 39-year-old body have dodged the dreaded foreclosure bullet.

Big Time Listings reports that the 1980s-era pop tart unloaded her 1,733-square-foot lemon in Los Angeles’ Hollywood Hills — located at 1522 Forest Knoll Drive — for $900,000 in a short sale transaction.

That’s $375,000 less than what she paid for the quaint two-bedroom love shack back in 2005.

The good news is that the bank gets stuck with the loss, ensuring Gibson is able to keep spending freely on silicone, suction and such to keep her electric youth and doesn’t get lost in your eyes.

Only in my dreams could I imagine that anything is possible like this. I’m losin’ myself at the thought … what a foolish beat.

Schlock actor Stephen Baldwin’s Rockland County New York home is soon to be auctioned off in a foreclosure. Stephen lives in the house with his wife Kennya. I have added a photo of Kennya Baldwin’s to this post. Stephen was just too heinous to be added to the blog.

What was she thinking getting involved with this guy? The whole Baldwin crew are pretty surly.

But anyway, I digress. The house was purchased by Baldwin in 1997 for $515,000. They are now behind in payments of over $824,000. How’d that happen???

I heard about this story over a week ago and figured I would let it simmer a bit before I went off half cocked and wrote it up. Growing up in the NYC area, I heard some scary stories about the Gotti’s whacking people who they felt disrespected them.

Now, since the news is out I figure now is the time to write up the story about Victoria Gotti possibly facing foreclosure.

Victoria, daughter of John, has her Long Island mansion possibly facing foreclosure. The house is a five bedroom, five and one half bathroom home.  The home is currently for sale for 3.2 million. She owes $650,000 on it. I can’t see how this would actually make it to foreclosure. But it is an interesting story all the same.

It would be nice to see this crew thrown out on the streets. We could only be so lucky.

The meteoric rise of Lenny Dykstra from gritty New York Mets outfielder in the 1980s to witty modern-day investment prognosticator appears to be crashing to Earth.

Does that really come as a big surprise?

It shouldn’t. After all, we’re talking about “Nails” here, folks. The proud tobacco-chewing member of the “Wild Boys” who was giftwrapped and forked over to the club’s biggest division rival, the Philadelphia Phillies, for next to nothing (Juan “Big Bust” Samuel) in 1989 during his heyday.

Perhaps Mets manager at the time, Davey Johnson, is smarter than we give him credit for — maybe he knew that Dykstra was a liability. The Mitchell Report might have something to do with it, too.

ANYWAY … “The Players Club” founder and car wash tycoon is in danger of losing hockey hero Wayne Gretzky’s old house at 1072 Newbern Ct. in Thousand Oaks, Calif., which he bought for $18.5 million, to foreclosure. In fact, the “uber successful” Dykstra has not made a single mortgage payment yet this year, which seems odd for someone who claims to be filthy rich:

“You know about my stock picking, dude? I’m 92-0 [last year], worst market in history. Three thousand people signed up and pay $1,000 … I’m making people fortunes. I’m moving $3-5 billion a month.”

There are epic stories of Dykstra bouncing checks “all over the place,” chartering private jet rides that he can’t afford with other people’s money (including his own mother’s)  and defending a litany of lawsuits (18 since November 2008).

Denial just ain’t a river in Egypt, Lenny.

Associated Press has the latest chapter in his depressing life story:

” … Willie Aames is selling off his belongings in suburban Kansas City. Dozens showed up Thursday at a garage sale at his Olathe home, where Aames made deals with bargain-hunters and signed autographs. A production crew filmed the sale for a TV show. Aames has fallen upon hard times. He filed for bankruptcy last year and his home is in foreclosure. Items on sale included antiques, artwork, a piano, deer head mounts and TV and movie memorabilia.”

Aames was also reportedly interested in hocking whatever dignity he had left; however, it seems as if that was bartered to score a fix on VH1’s “Celebrity Fit Club 2.” He actually won an individual prize on the show for shedding 26 pounds, which he later ate for supper and washed down with Diet Coke. No ice.
