Buddy Lembeck is broke

Things have gone from bad to worse for “Teen Hunk” Willie Aames — also known as Buddy Lembeck from his stint on “Charles in Charge” back in the 80s — who was recently filmed selling what is left of his soul at a local garage sale in Kansas City. Mo., for the world to witness.

Associated Press has the latest chapter in his depressing life story:

” … Willie Aames is selling off his belongings in suburban Kansas City. Dozens showed up Thursday at a garage sale at his Olathe home, where Aames made deals with bargain-hunters and signed autographs. A production crew filmed the sale for a TV show. Aames has fallen upon hard times. He filed for bankruptcy last year and his home is in foreclosure. Items on sale included antiques, artwork, a piano, deer head mounts and TV and movie memorabilia.”

Aames was also reportedly interested in hocking whatever dignity he had left; however, it seems as if that was bartered to score a fix on VH1’s “Celebrity Fit Club 2.” He actually won an individual prize on the show for shedding 26 pounds, which he later ate for supper and washed down with Diet Coke. No ice.

Octomom Nadya Suleman house in California

So this is what crazy can buy these days — a 2,583-foot four-bedroom home in Orange County, Calif., for a cool $564,900.

That’s awesome news (again) for “Octomom” Nadya Suleman, considering that she was living off food stamps and government assistance not too long ago to help support her six children, which was before she went ahead and had eight more … at once.

Her family home in Whittier, Calif., that she shared with her mother/reluctant baby sitter, Angela, was recently the focus of a possible foreclosure suit. Grandma reportedly owed her lender $20,000 in arrears for late mortgage payments.

Grandpa appears to have come to the rescue this time around, footing the bill for the new digs, according to People.com. That’s just in time for the nursing team Dr. Phil was able to cobble together to care for the shrieking eight-baby band when it is finally cleared to leave the hospital.

It must be nice living off other people’s money … at least Nadya paid for the sperm donation.

Michael Jordan divorce leads to thrifty Miami house purchase

It appears that the greatest basketball player of all time, Michael Jordan, is still looking to recover from the $168 million buzzer-beating divorce settlement from ex-wife Juanita in 2007, which went down as the costliest celebrity split of its kind … ever.

“His Airness” just made a modest $281,000 gamble on a three-bedroom home in suburban Miami. The very average 5,500 square foot Kendall residence is expected house the six-time NBA Finals MVP and his new squeeze, Cuban model Yvette Prieto.

According to Page2Live.com, the cheap happy couple actually took out a 30-year, $196,000-mortgage from Suntrust Mortgage to finance the blockbuster deal.

My, my, my … how the mighty have fallen.
