Elin Nordegren’s Home Purchase is Swedish
This may not be new to the whole Tiger Woods Saga but it just adds on the disaster his life turned to. TMZ reported that they received a bill of sale copy for the home that Elin Nordegren bought in her own country, Sweden.
Elin bought the home on December 1st of this year for a little more than $2.2 million dollars. The home may not look that fantastic but the reason for the pricey estate is for the 59 acres of land that it sits on. She might have bought it for me. If you read this Elin, call me boo…
Nicolas Cage is Driven Angry
Well, if there is one thing going Cages’ way, it’s definitely that he can still get work. Nicolas Cage will be starring in a new 3-D movie called “Drive Angry.” The name is definitely suitable with his financial situation and all.
Summit Entertainment is behind the big blockbuster and this isn’t the first one they have done with Cage. Summit was apparently behind the movie “Knowing,” where Nicolas Cage was also lead actor. Directing the flick will be Patrick Lussier and will be shot in 3-D just like the blockbuster “Avatar,” which is set to release this Friday.
“Drive Angry” is a revenge style movie where Nic will be chasing his daughter and took her baby. The movie is set to release February 11th, 2011. There is no word on how much Cage will get out of the deal but he is still in the hole with the IRS for over $6 million.
Nicolas Cage’s Headache Gets Bigger
Nicolas Cage might have a black cloud over his head. Cage is now being sued by Christina Fulton (his ex) for not signing the title of an LA home as he promised.
Fulton’s reason for getting the home from Cage is because she had to take care of the child they had together named Weston, who is now over 18 years old. Nicholas Cage just can’t catch a break.
According to TMZ, Nicolas’s lawyer said that “All of these claims are long-time barred by the statute of limitations and are baseless.”
La Bellucia Has Plenty of Celeb History
We felt like making you feel even poorer than you already are today. This Ocean front home has had it’s share of owners’. Some pretty fancy ones if I may say so. This goregeous home known as La Bellucia, sold for $24 million in Palm Beach, Florida. It may not be just the home that makes this pricey estate what it’s worth. It might be for its previous owners.
The man that bought the residence is Jeffrey Greene, an LA real estate developer and billionaire. He bought the home from Malcolm Glazer. Glazer owns the Tampa Bay Buccanneeers and the Manchester United soccer team. This guy is so rich that he ranked 139 on Forbes.
Antoine Walker Sued For Slum-like Housing
Antoine Walker has problems and it isn’t with his game. Walker, NBA pro basketball star, is about to get in a whole lot of trouble from the city where he grew up for not paying attention to one of his real estate investments.
Antoine Walker has seen his fair share of trouble this year already but this will pile up on a man that earned over $100 million and an NBA Championship. His company, Walker Ventures LLC and AW Realty LLC, has a bunch of lawsuits filed against them primarily for poor management, damages, and a ton of debts.
Walker owns several buildings in the South Side of Chicago. One with a roach infestation, another with leaking pipes, and another with exterior damage. Walker might want to break out the tool belt as the lawsuits pile higher and higher. All of his properties have many problems in one way or another but excuses of a bad economy that the star has made won’t fly in Chitown for this millionaire.
Antoine might want to think about joining a team and getting another contract looking at his other investments.
