Lindsay & Dina Lohan headed to foreclosure

First, a rumor began about Linsday Lohan being evicted from her Beverly Hills apartment. Lohan denied these allegations and said she simply moved to New York. Well, it is true that she moved to Long Island, NY., where she is staying with her mother. We also know that in Oct. 2012, Lohan helped save her mother’s Long Island home from a foreclosure.

It looks like this home is back on the chopping block from the bank. It was just announced that the New York home has just received another foreclosure notice. When the Mean Girls star gave her mother $40,000 to save the home, they believed this would help resolve the situation. Well, it turns out on Feb. 7, 2013, the New York Post said there was paperwork taped to the front gate of the property.

It was a legal notice serving Lindsay and Dina.

Lindsay Lohan’s Beverly Hills Apartment Eviction

As many celebrity fans know, Lindsay Lohan did not have a great 2012. She has been battling the court system, people and drugs. However, there is one good thing on her side for 2013. It was recently reported that Lohan was evicted from her Beverly Hills apartment, which is not true.

It was rumored that a real estate agent accidentally let the information slip. The agent was showing some clients a few homes in the Beverly Hills area. The agent showed a home, which they claimed was Lohan’s previous residence. The agent said Lohan was evicted because she could no longer afford it.

Even though Lohan had some issues with the IRS last January, she was not evicted from the Beverly Hills apartment. Lohan’s rep said that she no longer lives in the L.A. home because she simply moved to New York.
