Lindsay Lohan’s Beverly Hills Apartment Eviction

Lindsay_Lohan

As many celebrity fans know, Lindsay Lohan did not have a great 2012. She has been battling the court system, people and drugs. However, there is one good thing on her side for 2013. It was recently reported that Lohan was evicted from her Beverly Hills apartment, which is not true.

It was rumored that a real estate agent accidentally let the information slip. The agent was showing some clients a few homes in the Beverly Hills area. The agent showed a home, which they claimed was Lohan’s previous residence. The agent said Lohan was evicted because she could no longer afford it.

Even though Lohan had some issues with the IRS last January, she was not evicted from the Beverly Hills apartment. Lohan’s rep said that she no longer lives in the L.A. home because she simply moved to New York.

Toni Braxton is singing the Don’t Break my Heart tune again these days. However, this time it is about desperately trying to save her Georgia mansion from foreclosure. Unfortunately for her, that attempt was a failure. The home is available for anyone who has $1.1 million and looking for a new property.

In 2004, Braxton took out a mortgage on the Duluth, GA home for $1.5 million. According the bank, she missed 10 monthly payments during 2004 to 2010 (via TMZ). The Georgia mansion is 11,400 square feet. It has six bedroom and six bathrooms while sitting on an acre of land.

This is the second home Braxton had that went into foreclosure. In 2010, she lost her Nevada home.
