The TLC singer is singing a different tune these days. A few years ago, we heard about T-Boz on the verge of foreclosure. Her Georgia mansion just sold and for nearly half of what she purchase it for.

In 2008, we heard about the TLC singer, T-Boz on the verge of foreclosure. The property is located in Georgia and she sold it for half of what she paid for it.

When she failed to pay her mortgage payments on time, she was able to save it from the auction block. T-Boz even filed for bankruptcy in 2011, and the home was the main debt.

The home sold for $680,000. She purchased it in 2001 for $1.12 million.

Jerry Goldstein Refuses to Leave Home after Foreclosure Auction

Jerry Goldstein, music producer, just had his 8,000 square foot mansion auctioned off. The home was sold at auction for a whopping $7.5 million. However, the transaction has not been going very smooth.

According to new legal documents, which have been filed with the L.A. County Superior Court, Goldstein has not moved.

The new owners filed a lawsuit for eviction, and are requesting him to pay $666.66 each day he continues to live there.

Goldstein is best known for writing the 1963 hit, “My Boyfriend’s Back. He also produced the hit “I Want Candy.”

It may be time for Goldstein to “…Better cut out on the double. (Hey-la, Hey-la).”

Octomom’s Home Officially Foreclosed

We have heard Nadya Suleman in the news over and over again about her financial troubles. She can finally say foreclosure is a word of the past. In June, Suleman’s home was sold at auction, however, no one bid on the property. Since there was no bidders, the bank took ownership and can now being the eviction proceedings.

She owed more than $475,000 on the house with only $50,000 of assets along with about $500,000 worth of debt. She filed bankruptcy in April. The papers for the bankruptcy were tossed when she failed to complete the required paperwork.

Is this the last we hear of the famous Octomom now that the bank has taken the home back? Our guess, no.

Wynonna Judd Filed Foreclosure Lawsuit on Stepfather’s Louisville Home

Wynonna Judd, a country music singer, filed a foreclosure lawsuit against Michael Ciminelle in Jefferson Circuit Court. She claims Ciminella owes her $200,000 from 1994. He took out a loan against the home, and he has not repaid this debt.

Judd asked the judge to allow a foreclosure to go through since the loan has grown to $242,317 with interest and late fees. Currently, there is no word whether the judge has ruled the foreclosure to proceed.

Michael Ciminelle was married to Naomi Judd, Wynonna’s mother, from 1968-1972. During their marriage, the couple birthed Ashley Judd, Wynonna’s half-sister.

American Idol Fantasia Barrino Avoiding Foreclosure

Fantasia Barrino, the talented American Idol star, is attempting to tuck away her financial troubles the right way. In 2009, she almost lost her North Carolina home to a foreclosure.

Recently, she listed the home for $800,000, which is almost $500,000 under what she paid. This 5-bedroom mansion with 38,768 sq ft was nearly lost in an auction when she supposedly defaulted on $58,000. She saved the home from the auction in eleventh-hour.
